Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Order and shipping processing on national and international level
• Creation of accompanying documents, freight and customs documents and their monitoring
• Creation of delivery notes and invoices
• Control of shipping lists
• Negotiation of freight rates and invoice control of forwarding invoices
• Complete export processing including export and customs matters, as well as import clearance of production units
• Creation of reports and Intrastat notifications
• Contact person for customs regarding export, AEO, import and hazardous goods issues

What You Bring:

• Completed training as a logistics specialist or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in logistics, preferably close to production in a manufacturing company
• Solid knowledge of common MS Office applications
• English language skills, both written and spoken
• Teamwork, independent work, reliability, and a motivated working style round off your profile
