Quality System & Suppliers Quality Manager (W/M)

Quality System Manager

  • Manage the process approach, particularly the “Measure, analyze and improve” process.
  • Ensure that the system is still valid and provide support to process pilots.
  • Audit other internal processes
  • Organize and support Certification audits:
    • Implement, monitor
    • Verify action plans following audits
  • Contribute to the smooth running of customer audits:
    • EN and ISO aspects
    • Quality system organization
  • Monitor ongoing PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) actions, ensuring their implementation and/or effectiveness.
  • Ensure that the documentation system is up to date and consistent, and that standards registration is coherent.
  • Monitor general indicators and their consistency.
  • Write and/or format quality documents, standard documents, etc. in French and English, and ensure their translation into Romanian.
  • Maintain an active watch to ensure the efficiency of our quality system.
  • Participate in and contribute to management reviews.

Suppliers Quality Manager

  • Contribute to the identification and management of supplier risks in partnership with the Purchasing department.
  • Periodically check suppliers’ performance and lead improvement actions
  • Carry out supplier audits and supervise reporting in partnership with the Engineering and Methods departments.
  • Participate in supplier qualification.
  • Set up and monitor supplier quality assurance indicators.
  • Implement and monitor supplier quality non-conformity procedures in collaboration with the Quality, Supply-Chain, Purchasing, Logistics departments, etc., and ensure that they are applied.
  • Monitor and guarantee the completion of incoming inspection and the isolation of NC incoming products; Examine and decide on the scrapping of incoming inspection output items; Monitor supplier removals following non-conformities, replacement orders and credit claims.
  • Monitor and update the dashboard and send complaints to suppliers.
  • Assist the supplier and monitor the progress of Quality incidents (8D tool) until closure.
  • Alert the Purchasing Department to recurring quality problems.
  • Issue and monitor internal deviation requests relating to Supplier Quality Assurance.
  • Issue and validate requests for internal deviations in response to material problems, following consensus with the Engineering, Methods, Purchasing and Supply-Chain departments.
  • Block & unblock items for production following internal or external NC.

Your Profile

  • With a degree in quality and/or significant experience in system quality, you’ll be keen to put your organizational analytical skills, technical curiosity and interpersonal skills to good use in finding solutions that combine efficiency, quality, continuous improvement… and so on.
  • Your skills:
    • Mastery of industry standards appreciated (in particular EN9100 and ISO9001)
    • Follow-up and management of audits and improvement plans (NC analysis, corrective measures, etc.)
    • Knowledge of problem-solving methods and tools
    • Fluency in English (required)
