We are very happy to welcome a new employee at TPE France and look forward to the future with confidence! But what’s interesting is not what we think, but what Charlotte herself has to say about her new position:

“I am Charlotte de Laguiche, I joined TPE France at the beginning of July 2023. Previously I worked in various Supply Chain functions for Stanley Black & Decker & L’Oréal.

I am really thrilled to discover a new business environment. As part of my integration process, I have met very passionate, expert and engaged persons who really helped me understand a bit more how we operate.

I still have a lot to learn and I am relying a lot:

•  on my team to « teach me » how they work
•  on the thorough documentation and processes already existing
•  … and on the « hot topics » to get into the swing of things
