To ensure a smooth onboarding experience, we organized an integration day for the new interns this year. During this day, they had the opportunity to:

• Learn more about our company
• Get to know the different departments
• Meet their colleagues and supervisors
• Receive important information on safety, confidentiality, and internship objectives
• Discuss their schedule and tasks
• Take a tour of the TPE SIMO premises

It is important to us to not only prepare our interns for their tasks but also to equip them for their future academic and professional endeavors.
