Customer Service Agent (h/f/d)
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent who will act as the interface between the company and the customer. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, rigor, analytical abilities, and optimism to be a solution provider and strive towards customer satisfaction. As part of the Supply Chain department, the mission of the Customer Service Agent requires collaboration with several internal departments such as planning, procurement, warehousing, accounting, sales, etc.

Your Profile
- Graduate in the field of management (PME/PMI management, commercial, customer service, sales administration, etc.)
- First successful experience in a similar position (order entry, customer relations)
- Ability to work transversally (respond to customer calls/requests while ensuring proper file management)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Proficient in English and French (professional level)
Your Tasks
- Enter customer orders and manage deadlines
- Enter manufacturing orders and manage deadlines
- Communicate with customers to align on price, Minimum order quantity and backorders
- Manage and process customer requests (deadline follow-ups, complaints, postponements, progress updates, etc.)
- Enter and manage customer and sales forecasts; be the first contact point on customer demand analysis
- Maintain customer databases
- Be the first point of contact in the supply chain relationship with customers
