Strategic Purchaser (m/f/d)

- Location: Vihtra tee 3a Vändra alev, Põhja-Pärnumaa vald - 87701 Pärnu maakond, Estonia
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies, create action plans to achieve goals, and ensure data quality.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and maintain long-term relationships.
- Develop purchasing strategies considering internal requirements and current market and supplier conditions.
- Organize tenders, conduct negotiations through to completion, and participate in contract drafting.
- Monitor and manage costs while considering inventory levels and delivery capabilities.
- Define measures to achieve goals and track progress.
- Conduct supplier assessments and initiate corrective actions if necessary.
- Ensure accurate data management for materials, goods categories, and contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
Your profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
- Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a medium-sized company.
- Experience in leading procurement projects.
- Strong communication skills, pragmatic approach, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Fluent English (business proficiency).
