At Tech Power Electronics Group (TPEG), we offer a newly established, fully remote position with business focus on either Southern Europe (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy) or Central/Northern Europe (Nordics, Baltics, DACH). In this role you will report directly to the Global Head of Business Development.

Your Tasks:

Develop new business by identifying and engaging potential customers and securing high-value partnerships that drive revenue growth.
Expand Key Accounts, positioning TPEG as their preferred supplier for innovative power solutions.
Lead Market Expansions by conducting in-depth market research to uncover new opportunities.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable contracts.
Collaborate across R&D and Engineering teams.
Represent TPEG internationally at top-tier industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to strengthen our brand presence.

Your Profile:

Proven track record and network in the (power) electronics industry with a technical mindset of electronic solutions.
Several years of experience in business development, key account management, or technical sales.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in English is mandatory; for Southern Europe, French is a strong plus.
High willingness to travel internationally.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about shaping the future of power electronics.
