Note: The complaint can only be processed if the claimed parts are sent to us at short notice. If this does not happen within the next 14 days, the complaint will be closed automatically. To process the return shipment, please contact our logistics department (phone/mail) or the QMB (phone/mail).

Parts delivered more than two years ago can only be claimed within the warranty period. Complaints for parts that are outside the warranty period will usually be rejected for processing.
