Your tasks:
- Obtaining quotations, scheduling and carrying out orders
- Checking and account assignment of invoices and delivery notes
- Creating and maintaining data in the EDP system
- Processing of inspection reports/complaints
- Monitoring of deadlines
- Conducting correspondence with suppliers, subsidiaries and business partners
- Close cooperation with production planning
- Carrying out the stocktaking
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or comparable training
- Professional experience in the field of materials management is desirable
- Planning and organisational skills as well as a structured way of working
- Good to very good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
