Purchasing Manager (M/F)
Your Missions
Under the supervision of the Operations Director, you will be in direct contact with the group and will implement established strategies while consolidating reporting elements. Assisted by the staff under your responsibility, you will be responsible for the following missions:
- Evaluate suppliers in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
- Manage and optimize the supplier panel.
- Handle calls for tenders, selection, and negotiation.
- Establish and implement procurement contracts.
- Search for new sources of procurement, prospect new markets, and stay informed about potential new suppliers.
- Identify and achieve savings in procurement, including associated costs.
- Supervise the performance of suppliers, particularly strategic ones.
- Secure the supply chain.
- Make decisions and implement actions necessary to achieve objectives.
- Lead and organize the department’s activities and performance.
- Manage the process and indicators related to the function.
Your Profile
With a higher education background (Bac +3/4) in a specialization related to procurement, you have at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry of technical products.
As a leader in procurement, responsible for Tech Power Electronics’ performance and the compliance of purchased products, you rely on your analytical skills, organization, negotiation abilities, and results-oriented approach to excel in this position.
Your Skills
- Mastery of procurement-related practices.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary and international teams.
- Capacity to anticipate needs and manage priorities.
- Fluency in English (B2 level required).
