Human Resources Manager (M/F)
Your Missions:
Under the responsibility of the General Management, you will partially replace the Human Resources Manager on the following missions:
Training
- Carry out the training plan: research and qualify competent organizations, implement the training action, monitor the application of new skills through training evaluations
- Conduct external financing research with public or private organizations
- Monitor and update the evaluation database
Recruitment
- In collaboration with operations, draft profiles in line with needs
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from interns to senior staff: advertising, publications, direct approaches, candidate management, interviews, report writing, and onboarding of new hires
- Directly manage recruitment partners (temporary agencies, employment offices, recruitment agencies, CCI, Apec, etc.)
Labor Relations, Legal, and Personnel Management
- Prepare documents and materials for meetings with employee representatives (unions, works councils, etc.). Assist the General Management if necessary
- Assist managers and leadership in disciplinary or medical procedures
- Prepare, monitor, and file documents related to salary increases, bonuses, etc
- Monitor the recording of individual and professional interviews
- Update HR tracking indicators
Project Follow-Up
- Participate in updating job descriptions with managers
- Update documents according to current graphic standards
- Prepare year-end professional elections
- Contribute to continuous improvement and be proactive
Your Profile
With higher education and a specialization in HR, preferably with experience in the industry, you want to put your knowledge into practice and enrich your career.
As a guardian of competence management, a contributor to performance development, and a promoter of organizational improvement and well-being at work, you rely on your analytical skills, your listening, and your sense of confidentiality to succeed.
Your Skills:
- Mastery of the necessary Pack Office
- Knowledge of labor law is necessary
- Knowledge of HR tools and practices
- Ability to step back and analyze situations holistically
- Knowledge of the industrial sector would be a plus
