We are looking for a:

Sales & Key Account Manager DACH (m/w/d) 

As a sales representative, you will look after strategic customers and work on building up new customers and business opportunities.

What to Expect:

  • Support of strategic customers in the sales territory of Germany, Austria & Switzerland (DACH)
  • Development of new customers and business opportunities
  • Sales of all TPE Group products (transformers, inductors, and power electronics)
  • Conducting sales and contract negotiations within the scope of responsibility
  • Project management from the inquiry to the order placement
  • Close coordination and cooperation with the internal sales department and other specialist departments
  • Creation of sales budget and responsibility for its realization
  • Use of the ERP system
  • Participation and attendance at trade fairs
  • Collaboration in workshops
  • Reporting with existing tools
  • Implementation of the corporate goals of the TPE Group

What You Bring:

  • Completed commercial or technical training and/or studies
  • Professional experience in sales of inductors, switching power supplies, or complex technical products
  • High sales affinity with a strong customer, product, and market orientation
  • Proficient in German and English
  • Intercultural competence
  • High willingness to travel within the DACH sales territory (average of 3 days a week)
  • Structured, organized, and goal-oriented working method in the home office
  • Team player, independent working, reliability, and a motivated work approach complete your profile
