Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d) full-time or part-time

This is what you can expect:

Internal sales service for a defined clientele, as well as business customer support and advice by telephone.
Close cooperation with the sales field service as well as internal interface and communication with affiliated companies, distributors and customers
Responsibility for complete order processing (quotation preparation, quotation follow-up, order confirmations and deadline tracking)
Monitoring of planning and forecast figures
Scheduling of framework agreements, planning, monitoring of call-offs
Support in the preparation of presentations
Active support at trade fairs or customer events

What you bring with you:

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable studies
Professional experience in internal sales desirable, preferably in a manufacturing company
High level of service orientation and confident and self-assured interaction with customers
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Planning and organisational skills as well as structured way of working
Confident handling of MS
Office applications
Good written and spoken English
Willingness to travel (minimal)
