The Warehouse & Shipping team is responsible for picking, packing and shipping goods to our customers and to our production facilities at home and abroad on schedule. To strengthen our team at the Teningen site, we are looking for a:

Forwarding merchant / Logistics merchant (m/f/d)

This is what you can expect:

Order and dispatch processing at national and international level
Preparation of goods accompanying documents, freight and customs documents and their monitoring
Preparation of delivery documents and invoices
Control of shipping lists
Negotiation of freight prices and invoice control of forwarding invoices
Complete export handling including export and customs matters, as well as handling the import of the production units
Preparation of reports and Intrastrat messages
Contact person for customs on export, AEO, import and dangerous goods issues

What you bring with you:

Completed commercial training as a forwarding merchant, merchant in wholesale and foreign trade or comparable qualification
Professional experience in shipping and good customs knowledge
Good MS Office skills
Good written and spoken English
Knowledge of French is advantageous
Ability to work in a team, work independently, reliability and a motivated way of working complete your profile.
