Export clerk (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Organisation and processing of export and import procedures
- Coordinating and monitoring customs clearance in accordance with legal requirements and proofs, as well as their documentation
- Preparation of delivery notes, invoices, packing lists and shipping documents
- Preparing long-term supplier declarations and preference calculations
- Monitoring and obtaining confirmations of arrival
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position is desirable
- Good written and spoken English
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Ideally experience with electronic export declarations (ATLAS, A.TR)
