Employee in the human resources department (m/f/d) full-time or part-time, at least 70%
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Support in creating monthly payroll statements, including relevant personnel documents, statistics & evaluations
- Maintenance of the electronic timekeeping system regarding work schedules, vacation requests, and absences, including querying electronic sick leave certificates
- Management and maintenance of personnel records, preparation of personnel files and statistics
- Contact person for health insurance, insurance companies, and authorities regarding payroll matters
- Participation in the digitization of the HR department and continuous process optimization
- General support in human resources
- Support in fleet management
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Completed commercial training e.g., industrial clerk, tax clerk, or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in human resources desirable
- Initial knowledge in labor, tax, and social insurance law
- Knowledge in payroll accounting
- High sense of responsibility, reliability, and discretion
- Independent and conscientious work style as well as teamwork
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- English language skills are advantageous
