(Senior) Controller Operations (m/f/d)

This is your job:

• Analyze data from the 8 production sites to identify trends, challenges and areas for improvement;
• Provide COO with regular reports on production performance metrics, costs and other relevant KPIs across all sites;
• Identify areas for operational efficiency improvements and recommend best practices;
• Review and analyze departmental budgets, ensuring that they align with operational objectives and providing feedback;
• Identify potential operational risks and work with local operations managers to develop mitigation strategies;
• Ensure that all sites are aligned with the overarching group strategy and objectives;
• Facilitate sharing of best practices and resources among sites to ensure consistency and foster collaboration.

You have these skills:

• Successfully completed training and/or studies in the field of IT/Data Science or Business Administration;
• Several years of experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility within an international environment (preferably in a manufacturing, medium-sized company);
• In-depth knowledge in the area of business intelligence;
• Process improvement, financial insight and risk assessment / management skills;
• Analytical skills, proficiency in data analytics & reporting tools;
• Knowledge of SAP, Odoo or QlikSense an advantage;
• Independent, accurate and reliable way of working;
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, strategic thinking and a motivated way of working;
• Intercultural competences;
• Business fluent in English; at least fluent in French and/or German an advantage;
• Willingness to travel occasionally on a project-related basis.
